Personal and Property Protection
StaffAlerter offers multiple ways to create alerts. Wireless devices include PADs utilizing Wi-Fi and Cellular networks to transmit events. If Cellular or Wi-Fi are not available, StaffAlerter can support medium range RF transmitters and receivers.
Monitoring and Control
StaffAlerter base controller and the Contact Notifier family of Gateways provide multiple inputs and control outputs to interface with existing systems, including your telephone PBX. Gateways allow remote control of existing infrastructure from a smart phone or PC providing visibility to any existing systems.
Alerting and Messaging
At its core, StaffAlerter provides a messaging platform for messages or groups via SMS text, e-mail or voice call, overhead paging, or audio/visual signaling.
Group collaboration is provided by the SA-EOC, which is a virtual Emergency Operations Center where up to 50 users can be requested to join into an audio and video bridge to coordinate resources during an emergency.

The SA-EOC system is secure and deployed on-premise. You control the access and integration on your network. It can be deployed in the field where all participants are connected via wireless. Extremely portable, SA-EOC can be battery powered and consumes less than 5W.

With SA-EOC client software installed on your security monitoring system, it can instantly capture the screen and broadcast the content to all key personnel and first responders. The integration is effortless.
Bring Documents and Data From Existing Systems
Key personnel and first responders may need to know the exact layout of a building and sharing important information in real-time can greatly improve overall response time. Simply join an SA-EOC session from computers holding the documents and/or data and all first responders will be able to review and annotate shared documents in real-time.
Easily Integrates with Alert Systems
When there is an emergency, key personnel and first responders usually receive alert messages from notification systems. By including the SA-EOC session URL in the alert message, joining the SA-EOC conference is a one-click event.
Cross Platform Support
Any participant with a PC, Mac, Chromebook, iOS or Android device can join an SA-EOC session and collaborate in audio, video, and desktop sharing among the EOC group members.
Recording
The SA-EOC can automatically record the entire collaboration session (audio, video and desktop) on local attached USB storage or network attached storage (NAS).
